- 1Roast 12 fresh jalapeno peppers under the broiler or on a grill until the skin is blackened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2Put roasted peppers in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let them sweat for 10 minutes.
- 3Peel the skin off the peppers. Lightly coat your hands with oil or wear gloves to peel the peppers.
- 4Put peeled peppers in a jar and add the liquid ingredients.
- 5Store in the refrigerator.
