A great marinade that made me like steaks again.

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl or a container, mix the liquid ingredients and then add the curry paste and if you're using the dry type, mix it well with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. 2Add the steak and place bowl in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
  3. 3Remove steak from the bowl and grill in a non-stick pan as preferred.
  4. 4Note: add a side dish of light salad and you'll be done.
