Directions

  1. 1Cut up cauliflower and onion into pieces.
  2. 2Add along with garlic to steamer basket.
  3. 3Steam for 6 minutes or until very tender.
  4. 4Drain all water and put all ingredients into food processor. Process until smooth.
  5. 5To serve, top with grated cheese or paprika (optional).
