- 1In a blender mix juice with the frozen berries.
- 2Add banana and spinach. Blend until mixed.
- 3Add protein powder. Blend. Add remaining ingredients. Blend.
- 4Enjoy!
- 5Note: try different frozen fruit. I like to add the spinach to get in more greens, so you can use less spinach if it seems too strong.
