Directions
- 1Cut the beef into bite size strips and using a meat mallet pound very thin.
- 2Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook stirring every 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
- 3Stir in sauce mix and water.
- 4Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
