- 1Melt butter in small bowl.
- 2Add syrup and egg. Mix well.
- 3In separate bowl, mix baking powder, flax meal and almond meal.
- 4Combine all ingredients.
- 5Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
- 6Eat plain, with butter, or even with a bit of whipped cream.
