Directions

  1. 1Melt butter in small bowl.
  2. 2Add syrup and egg. Mix well.
  3. 3In separate bowl, mix baking powder, flax meal and almond meal.
  4. 4Combine all ingredients.
  5. 5Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
  6. 6Eat plain, with butter, or even with a bit of whipped cream.
