  1. 1Combine chicken stock and fresh asparagus in pot.
  2. 2Bring to boil.
  3. 3Add fresh lemon juice.
  4. 4Once asparagus has turned to mush. Pour into food processor or use hand mixer to combine all ingredients into a puree.
  5. 5Serve with pepper if desired. Enjoy.
