  1. 1Bring the chicken stock to rapid boil in pot.
  2. 2Add the freshly shredded cabbage.
  3. 3Bring pot to high and let simmer for about 12-15 minutes, until cabbage is cooked through and falling apart.
  4. 4Turn stove off and take pot off hot plate.
  5. 5Use a hand blender or food processor and process all ingredients until puree has developed.
  6. 6Cool and serve.
