Something like a Waldorf salad , but way better, and better for you. Enjoy anytime as a snack or side salad.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt, skim milkNutrition
- 1/4 tsp celery seedNutrition
- 0.12 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, freshNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cayenneNutrition
- 1 large apple, choppedNutrition
- 1/2 cup packed raisinsNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli floretsNutrition
- 2 cups shredded cabbageNutrition
- 1 cup grated carrotsNutrition
- 1 stalk medium celery, choppedNutrition
- 1 tbsp green pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 tbsp red pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped walnutsNutrition
Directions
- 1Reconstitute the raisins in a little hot water for about 10 minutes. Drain.
- 2Mix all ingredients together and let meld together for a while.
