Turkey Bacon Lentil Soup
Very easy and tasty lentil soup.

- 1Clean and rinse lentils, place in pot and add chicken broth, bring to a boil and then simmer and cook until lentils are soft but not mushy.
- 2Chop turkey bacon into small pieces and brown in pan with cooking spray (Pam) add minced garlic and fry until garlic is golden, add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
- 3Once lentils are cooked add bacon mixture, pepper and salt to taste.
- 4Cook for additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
