Apple Tahini Sandwich
A classic easy-to-make open sandwich combination.

Directions
- 1Core and cut the apple into approximately 1/8" slices.
- 2Spread your choice of nut butter (peanut, cashew, or almond) on each slice of the bread.
- 3Lay the apple slices on the bread.
- 4Drizzle the tahini on top of the apple slices; then drizzle honey or maple syrup.
- 5Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
- 6Put the slices into a toaster oven, and toast on high. You may need to toast twice - watch the bread to prevent burning.
- 7Try Gala or Granny Smith apples, which go well with the nut butter. You may also want to try cinnamon raisin bread.
