Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1/4 tsp almond extractNutrition
- 2 1/2 cups oatsNutrition
- 1/2 cup dried cranberriesNutrition
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernelsNutrition
- 2 oz chia seedsNutrition
- 1/2 cup toffee bitsNutrition
- 1/3 cup honeyNutrition
- 1 cup raisinsNutrition
- 5 tbsps salted butterNutrition
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugarNutrition
Directions
- 1Toast oats in oven for about 10 minutes until light brown.
- 2Add oats to a bowl with toffee bits, sunflower seeds, raisins, cranberries, and chia seeds.
- 3Melt butter in pot with sugar and honey, stir well until sugar is fully dissolved, add vanilla and almond extract and stir well.
- 4Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix together very well.
- 5Press mixture into parchment paper lined pan or silicone pan. Press down very well and put in refrigerator for 2 hours, remove and cut in desired shape.
