- 1Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- 2Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- 3Pour milk over raisin bran, let stand to get soft (5-8 minutes), stir in eggs, honey and butter.
- 4Add dry ingredients and stir until well mixed (about 2 minutes with electric mixer on medium.)
- 5Spoon batter into muffin cups, makes about 18.
- 6Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
