Raisin Scones
A light treat made with non-fat margarine and skim milk.

Directions
- 1Sift dry ingredients together.
- 2Cut in margarine until mixture fine and crumbly.
- 3Combine milk and egg and add to flour to make stiff dough.
- 4Add raisins.
- 5Knead on lightly floured surface until dough is sticky.
- 6Divide dough in half and roll each half into 6" round, about 1" thick.
- 7Cut each round into quarters.
- 8Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
