Ingredients

  1. 1Shred medium cheddar cheese (Bandon's has no carbs).
  2. 2Grind macadamia nuts and walnuts with cooked bacon (freeze the bacon after it's cooked so it's not wet and it will grind up really nice).
  3. 3Mix cheese and ground up mix into a bowl and shake around until mixed.
  4. 4Take 1 oz of finished mixture and place on to parchment paper, should make 9 little bunches.
  5. 5Broil for 5 minutes, remove and let cool down.
  6. 6Store in air tight container for 1 week in fridge or freeze for longer lasting time.
