  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line muffin pan with liners.
  2. 2Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. 3Combine wet ingredients in small bowl.
  4. 4Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, taking caution to not over mix.
  5. 5Scoop by spoonful's into lined muffin tins, distributing evenly.
  6. 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy.
