- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line muffin pan with liners.
- 2Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- 3Combine wet ingredients in small bowl.
- 4Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, taking caution to not over mix.
- 5Scoop by spoonful's into lined muffin tins, distributing evenly.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy.
