- 2Mix sweeteners, salt and spices in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
- 3Add pumpkin and spice mixture to eggs, mix well.
- 4Stir in heavy cream and sour cream.
- 5Pour into 2 glass pie plates. Bake at 425 ° F for 15 minutes, reduce oven to 375 ° F (190° C) and bake another 40-50 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
