- 1 large eggNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition

- 1/2 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 4 oz carob chips (1/2 cup)Nutrition
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugarNutrition
- 1 cup oatmeal, uncookedNutrition
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup reduced calorie butter blendNutrition
- 2 oz splenda (1/4 cup)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2Into a large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, occasionally scraping bowl.
- 3Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1" apart, on to cookie sheet.
- 4Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 5With spatula, immediately remove cookies to wire racks; cool.
- 6Makes about 2-4 dozen cookies based on your drop size.
