  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Into a large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, occasionally scraping bowl.
  3. 3Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1" apart, on to cookie sheet.
  4. 4Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. 5With spatula, immediately remove cookies to wire racks; cool.
  6. 6Makes about 2-4 dozen cookies based on your drop size.
