Chicken Taco Casserole
A lazy version of a taco that is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 1 oz fat free sour creamNutrition
- 1 tbsp chili powderNutrition
- 2 cups salsaNutrition
- 1 cup shredded or chopped lettuceNutrition
- 16 oz ground chickenNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppersNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoesNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppersNutrition
- 1/2 cup black beansNutrition
- 2 tortillasNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook ground chicken in deep frying pan until golden brown. Add chili powder.
- 2Add salsa, green peppers, jalapenos, and black beans to chicken in frying pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
- 3Place half the chicken mixture into a 8x8" baking dish (preferably round). Layer 1/2 cup of cheese on top, one tortilla shell, another tortilla shell, remaining chicken mixture, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese.
- 4Place in oven at 350 °F (175 °C) until cheese has melted (about 20 minutes).
- 5Add chopped tomatoes and lettuce. Serve!
