- 1In a pan, heat olive oil. Add finely chopped garlic and sliced onions to oil. Cook onion and garlic until golden.
- 2Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them, along with thyme and crushed red pepper flakes.
- 3Add cooked brown rice and stir-fry for a few 1-2 minutes. Serve.
