  1. 1In a pan, heat olive oil. Add finely chopped garlic and sliced onions to oil. Cook onion and garlic until golden.
  2. 2Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them, along with thyme and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. 3Add cooked brown rice and stir-fry for a few 1-2 minutes. Serve.
