  1. 1Cube the beef (or buy it pre-cubed, as "stew beef").
  2. 2Pour soup and broth into crockpot, mix together.
  3. 3Add vegetables and beef to the crockpot.
  4. 4Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. 5Note: I like to use frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery), but whatever vegetables you like should be fine.
