- 1Cube the beef (or buy it pre-cubed, as "stew beef").
- 2Pour soup and broth into crockpot, mix together.
- 3Add vegetables and beef to the crockpot.
- 4Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
- 5Note: I like to use frozen stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery), but whatever vegetables you like should be fine.
