  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
  2. 2Combine all ingredients and pour in loaf pan.
  3. 3Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. 4Let bread sit for 10 minutes and remove, cool completely.
  5. 5Note: pecans or another nut may be added to mixture.
