- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
- 2Combine all ingredients and pour in loaf pan.
- 3Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 4Let bread sit for 10 minutes and remove, cool completely.
- 5Note: pecans or another nut may be added to mixture.
