  2. 2Mix flour and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Put breadcrumbs and beaten egg in separate bowls.
  3. 3Dredge each pickle in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess.
  4. 4Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, then cook pickles for 5 minutes or until crispy.
  5. 5Remove the chips from the fryer and allow to slightly cool on a wire rack before serving.
