Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
  2. 2Mix all ingredients except bacon together in bowl.
  3. 3Use melon baller (or similar) to create 12 medium sized meatballs.
  4. 4Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon.
  5. 5Cook for 35 minutes.
  6. 6Note: try squirting Cajun blast BBQ basting sauce or sprinkling bacon salt onto meatballs.
