Directions

  1. 1Cook penne according to package instructions. Reserve pasta water.
  2. 2Toss mushrooms in a skillet until brown. Set aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, brown ground turkey and season with spices.
  4. 4Add mushrooms and pasta sauce.
  5. 5Once it boils, add 1/2 cup pasta water.
  6. 6Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  7. 7Divide into 4 servings.
