Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pecans, choppedNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapesNutrition
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breastsNutrition
- 1/3 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1/2 cup mayonnaiseNutrition
- 1/2 cup celery, choppedNutrition
- 5 leaves medium iceberg lettuceNutrition
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relishNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook and chop chicken breasts.
- 2Wash and halve grapes (amount should roughly equal to chicken), wash and chop celery, and chop pecans.
- 3Mix prepared chicken, grapes, celery, pecans, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and salt together.
- 4Serve in lettuce leaves.
