Directions
- 1Warm coconut milk, curry paste and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes
- 2Rinse vegetables and drain well.
- 3Add vegetables to sauce and simmer until warmed through.
- 4Drain and cube the tofu.
- 5Add tofu to the pan, cover and heat through stirring gently to coat with sauce.
