  1. 1Add olive oil to frying pan and heat on low. Chop up chicken into even pieces, add to pan. add garlic (through a press), raise heat slightly and cook chicken thoroughly.
  2. 2Wash and destem spinach, add to pan, along with some pepper.
  3. 3Add your elbows (precooked) and cover pan for 3-5 minutes, just so the spinach is nice and cooked and the elbows are heated up.
  4. 4Place into bowl and add some grated Romano cheese if you'd like.
  5. 5Enjoy!
