- 1Mix oats, quinoa, brown sugar, salt and roughly chopped almonds in a large bowl.
- 2In a small saucepan on low heat, stir coconut oil and guava nectar until well combined.
- 3Pour the heated syrup into the quinoa bowl and stir to coat well.
- 4Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 340°F for 20 minutes. Remove, stir, then return to cook for 5-10 more minutes.
- 5Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
