Ingredients
- 1 tsp iodized saltNutrition
- 2 1/4 tsps active dry yeastNutrition
- 3 eggs (large)Nutrition
- 1 1/4 cups lupin flourNutrition
- 1 cup wheat gluten powderNutrition
- 1 scoop meal replacement shake vanillaNutrition
- 2 cups 100% whole wheat flourNutrition
- 2 1/2 cups fat free milkNutrition
- 1/4 cup olive oilNutrition
- 2 tbsps honeyNutrition
Directions
- 1Warm honey and milk in a pan. Do not boil.
- 2Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes to allow it to bloom.
- 3Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 4Add yeast mixture, eggs, and olive oil.
- 5Knead the dough and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
- 6Transfer to a bread mold and garnish as desired. Let rise for an hour.
- 7Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
