- 1Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C). Line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl mix oats, salt, nuts, raisins, cinnamon and maple syrup.
- 3Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake until golden brown for 30 minutes.
- 4Transfer the sheet to a cooling rack and cool completely.
- 5Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
