Ingredients
- 6 pitted datesNutrition
- 2 tbsps chia seedsNutrition
- 2 oz raw pumpkin seedsNutrition
- 1/2 cup pecan halvesNutrition
- 6 tbsps raw shelled hemp seedsNutrition
- 2 tbsps almond butterNutrition
- 2/3 cup dried tart cherriesNutrition
- 1 cup oatsNutrition
- 3/4 cup coconut oilNutrition
- 1/2 cup whole almondsNutrition
- 3/4 cup dry roasted & salted sunflower seedsNutrition
- 1/4 cup honeyNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix all dry ingredients together.
- 2In a saucepan melt coconut oil, add almond butter, and honey. Stir together and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well.
- 3Grease an approximately 8x10" pan and press your mixture into the pan. Keep refrigerated.
