Directions

  2. 2Chop peeled/cored apples and carrots in food processor.
  3. 3Add almond butter.
  4. 4Whip eggs a little then add.
  5. 5Add remaining ingredients.
  6. 6Pour into a greased muffin pan, to 3/4 per muffin.
  7. 7Bake for 15 minutes.
