  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.
  2. 2Mix sugars, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin, milk and water.
  3. 3In separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt.
  4. 4Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
  5. 5Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
