Directions

  1. 1In a non-stick saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add garlic, onion and cook 5 minutes or until softened and starting to brown.
  3. 3Cut zucchinis in large chunks and add to pan.
  4. 4Sauté zucchinis for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Add water and bouillon cube.
  6. 6Simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. 7Put through blender.
