- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2Using mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- 3Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, until combined. Mix well.
- 4Add equally to 12 cup muffin tin.
- 5Bake for 40 minutes.
- 6Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Middles will sink.
- 7Fill with your favorite berries and top with whipped topping. Enjoy.
