  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. 2Using mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  3. 3Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, until combined. Mix well.
  4. 4Add equally to 12 cup muffin tin.
  5. 5Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. 6Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Middles will sink.
  7. 7Fill with your favorite berries and top with whipped topping. Enjoy.
