- 1Blend together eggs, vanilla, sour cream and sweetener like Splenda.
- 2Then slowly add cream cheese and butter.
- 3Bake in a preheated oven at 325° F (160° C) for 35 - 40 minutes.
- 4Cake will firm up as it cools.
- 5Note: you can bring the carb count down further by using Stevia instead.
