Chicken Two Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegarNutrition
- 1 cup young green onions, choppedNutrition
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breastsNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups reduced sodium black beansNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups reduced sodium dark red kidney beansNutrition
- 2 cups tomatoes, choppedNutrition
- 2 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 3/4 cup celery, choppedNutrition
Directions
- 1Steam or grill chicken breasts.
- 2Chop tomatoes, green onions, celery and chicken.
- 3Rinse and drain kidney beans and black beans.
- 4Mix solid ingredients together in medium bowl.
- 5Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil and spices. Mix thoroughly.
- 6Chill for 30 minutes. Keep cold.
