- 1Boil potatoes to fork tender.
- 2Cool for 1 hour.
- 3Cut up potatoes in cubes and add mayonnaise, sour cream and salt.
- 4Add cut up hardboiled eggs.
- 5Sprinkle top with dill.
- 6Refrigerate overnight and mix up again, serve cold.
