Beef Curry

A lovely curry that can be made with cubed beef, chicken, or any meat you like.

Directions

  1. 1Chop onions and sauté in olive oil in a pan.
  2. 2Add the beef to the pan and cook halfway.
  3. 3Mix all the spices together and add to the meat.
  4. 4Add tomatoes and mix well.
  5. 5Leave on flamer until curry well cooked.
  6. 6Note: you can add loads of vegetables to the recipe, but to make low carb I have used more meat than vegetables.
