A lovely curry that can be made with cubed beef, chicken, or any meat you like.

Directions
- 1Chop onions and sauté in olive oil in a pan.
- 2Add the beef to the pan and cook halfway.
- 3Mix all the spices together and add to the meat.
- 4Add tomatoes and mix well.
- 5Leave on flamer until curry well cooked.
- 6Note: you can add loads of vegetables to the recipe, but to make low carb I have used more meat than vegetables.
