Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg beatersNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 1/2 cup applesauceNutrition
- 2 cups chopped zucchini, gratedNutrition
- 1 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 1 1/4 cups flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup ground walnutsNutrition
- 6 oz sweetenerNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in one bowl, set aside
- 2Mix Splenda, egg beaters, applesauce and vanilla extract in a larger bowl. Blend well and add flour mixture.
- 3Add in zucchini and walnuts and blend all ingredients until smooth.
- 4Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 25 minutes.
