Directions

  1. 1Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in one bowl, set aside
  2. 2Mix Splenda, egg beaters, applesauce and vanilla extract in a larger bowl. Blend well and add flour mixture.
  3. 3Add in zucchini and walnuts and blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. 4Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 25 minutes.
