Cucumbers and Sour Cream

  1. 1Peel cucumbers and slice very thin.
  2. 2Pour a lot of salt over cucumbers and place cucumbers in a bowl with a lid and put in the fridge for an hour.
  3. 3Drain all the water from bowl and squeeze cucumbers with paper towels until most of the water is gone.
  4. 4Add red wine vinegar, sour cream and sprinkle with salt. Mix well.
  5. 5Add chopped onion (purple if available) in and mix.
  6. 6Place back in fridge to chill.
  7. 7Serve and enjoy!
