  1. 1Wash and thinly slice cucumber.
  2. 2Evenly spread cucumber in a container. A long container works best as not as much vinegar is needed to cover the cucumber.
  3. 3Add a dash of black pepper, chill and serve.
  4. 4Note: can also be served immediately and stays good for a week.
