  1. 1Dissolve sugar in water then add vinegar. Put in fridge to chill.
  2. 2Slice cucumbers on mandolin. Layer in a bowl and add salt. Set aside for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  3. 3Rinse off cucumbers and strain. Add to vinegar syrup then put a dash of pepper and chill.
