  2. 2Cut pastry into squares, score a boarder around each piece and press the center to create a well.
  3. 3Fill each center with generous spoonful of cream mixture and top with cherry filling.
  4. 4Brush edges with egg wash.
  5. 5Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
