  1. 1Halve the cherries, removing pits.
  2. 2Quarter the strawberries and apricots.
  3. 3Combine strawberries, cherries, and apricots in large mixing bowl. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  4. 4Cover and chill for at least one hour. Add half cup of chopped mint if desired.
  5. 5Note: good for a party.
