Directions
- 1Beat the eggs with sugar and mashed pumpkin.
- 2Add the oil and mix well.
- 3Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir.
- 4Transfer to a lightly greased loaf mold.
- 5Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- 6Let cool before slicing.
