  1. 1Melt butter in a coffee cup.
  2. 2Add the dry ingredients, coconut flour, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder and coconut flakes. Mix well.
  3. 3Add the egg and mix well.
  4. 4Microwave for 70 seconds. Add butter to taste.
  5. 5Note: slice into thirds and then toast if you find them to moist.
