- 1Melt butter in a coffee cup.
- 2Add the dry ingredients, coconut flour, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder and coconut flakes. Mix well.
- 3Add the egg and mix well.
- 4Microwave for 70 seconds. Add butter to taste.
- 5Note: slice into thirds and then toast if you find them to moist.
