- 1Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
- 2Mix well with hands or plastic spoon.
- 3Create 2 patties or 4 smaller patties.
- 4Cook on grill or in skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil.

- 6Note: you can make your own bread crumbs to coat them before cooking; combine in a food processor 1 or 2 slices of toasted low calorie bread, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and whatever else you want.
