  1. 1Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. 2Mix well with hands or plastic spoon.
  3. 3Create 2 patties or 4 smaller patties.
  4. 4Cook on grill or in skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  5. 5Serve with or without a low calorie bun.
  6. 6Note: you can make your own bread crumbs to coat them before cooking; combine in a food processor 1 or 2 slices of toasted low calorie bread, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and whatever else you want.
