  1. 1To make lime dressing, in small bowl, mix lime juice, cilantro, scallion, oil, Splenda, and salt.
  2. 2Add avocados and mash to incorporate. Stir in picante sauce and lemon juice.
  3. 3To make tiered salad, in 2-quart glass salad bowl, arrange tomatoes, cut side down.
  4. 4Place greens over tomatoes. Top with bell pepper, then cauliflower, turkey ham, and chickpeas.
  5. 5Top with half of the lime dressing. Top the dish with olives.
  6. 6Serve with remaining dressing on the side. Garnish with more yellow pepper.
